history of SEMI
and its International Standards Program are described as a forum and mechanism
to develop critical global industry standards that are widely applicable. This
presentation will explain past and current successes, challenges, milestones
and lessons learned and provide suggestions for increasing the value and
industry impact of compound semiconductor standards worldwide.
